Come work as a Financial Analyst with Metamorphose Counselling and Consultation Ltd.

The Analyst, who will be supervised and mentored by Metamorphose’s owner and IT Administrator, will work with cross-functional teams, use financial software, and may lead projects or present findings to management to develop teamwork, digital

skills, and leadership.

As a Financial Analyst with Metamorphose Counselling and Consultation Ltd.:

• Support the financial decision-making of the company by analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Gather data and collaborate on financial strategies

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Completion or in progress of Post-Secondary Education in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finances or related field.
• Proficient knowledge/experience working with financial computer systems, Excel and a business intelligence tool is an asset

Knowledge & Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Proficient Excel (spreadsheet), data visualization, computer skills including the ability to access and manipulate data from various sources for financial management and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with others in a consultative/collaborative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve and prioritize work.

Duration: 12 – 16 weeks

Number of hours per week: 30.00 

Start Date: June 5, 2023

This is a full-time remote working opportunity. Comfort with learning and using digital tools, the ability to work independently and having reliable and secure equipment are required for this position.
